What is that you want to emphasize on while trying to click a good-looking

What is that you want to emphasize on while trying to click a good-looking <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-3151135-10523441?sid=<?php echo $sid; ?>body building picture? You might like to show your body — sure — but don’t you want to also put on display, the tone of your muscles and shed light on the things you have been working really hard on to achieve building the beautiful body of yours by spending months?

First, you need to make sure that each and every muscle of your body is perfectly cut and toned in a way you want it to be. While taking pics of your built body, you want that the best in you should appear on the photo and show your muscle tone on which you have put in a lot of hard work.

In case you are a serious body builder who has some great pictures which can make people take you seriously rather than making them think that you are another of those wannabes, make sure that the pics you have clicked are tasteful and they display your achievements as a body builder. Always look at other professional <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-3151135-10523441?sid=<?php echo $sid; ?>body building posters as a reference.

You should try hiring a pro to photograph you, if affordable. A pro can show you the poses which will maximize your look. Pros can also amaze others, assuming what you have done looks good!

If you want a nice, deep and dark tan to your skin, use spray tans or visit tanning beds. Tanned muscles give you a “Hawaiian Tropic” look which is far better rand attractive than the photos which are clicked when you have white muscles when your pics are clicked. What you ware must accentuate the features which you have worked on to build. Be tasteful and don?t put too much skin on display. You will lose all your credibility as a serious body builder if your photographs look pornographic.

You will find a variety of <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-3151135-10523441?sid=<?php echo $sid; ?">pictures on body buildling in many places on the internet. Almost 20,000 hits can be found on popular search engines if you search for the term <a href="http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-3151135-10523441?sid=<?php echo $sid; ?">“body building pics”. You can surely find motivational pictures if that is what you want. All you have to do is just keep looking on and on!

Pictures of your built body serve you and others in two ways. First, they show off your excellent physique which increases your confidence level. And second, they serve as a motivation for other body builders who can take a lot of details form your pictures. Take pride in your hard work by posting on the internet, the pictures of your built body!

Now if you are fed up with the run around your doctor gives you or the alternative health forums about why you cant cure your IBS or constipation.

Perhaps you are at the point that you have accepted that your body is just the way it is. Well there’s some good news, there are actually answers, not the ones that are 30 second cures but ones that actually works; but first some BODY 101 education.

If you’ve ventured into the alternative forums or studied (TCM) traditional chinese medicine, you probably know that bitter foods stimulate the liver which in turn stimulate the colon. One strong substance is Cascara Sangrada, a very bitter tree bark usually taken in pill form. This really does get the colon moving, unfortunately it also weakens the body and soon enough you wont have a regular bowel movement without it!

Now bitter is the same as alkaline for al intensive purposes. Most green plants are alkaline as well and should be part of your diet, if they aren’t well, dont read further until you make a shopping list =)

The bile secreted by a normally functioning healthy liver is also highly alkaline (very much so), this will ensure that foods will be stimulated through the colon to the exit. Bile also assists in nutrient absorption. Now if there is anything wrong with your liver (which if you live in america or any developed country is most likely the case!), you aren’t producing enough bile, meaning that your liver is clogged up or jammed up with junk. I’ll write about this in my next article.

One step is to stop eating cooked oils and too much protein this will help. The second is to thoroughly chew your food. Your body should start working at least 10% better in 2-3 days after this. This topic is a huge one so I’m going to break it apart. Till next time. As always use the contact form to send me questions, they are most welcome.

If you find sweating a bit on the distasteful side, hold on to your horses. Studies find that sweating helps the body eliminate a lot of toxins. If your body has difficulty beginning to sweat; feeling especially uncomfortable before your body gets moving. This is a good sign that the body is clogged up with toxins! Think of a pond with no flowing water, imagine the stench!

We’ll where does body odor come from. You can start right away by using the sauna and sweating for at least 30 minutes a day. Next we’ll cover exercising and sweating. Think back to the 5 second workout working up to 30 minute sauna sessions is perfectly alright.

Yeah you heard it. The 5 second workout is official. You’d think it could go less than a minute!

Ok ok, so what is it? It all stems from psychology and the way children learn. Children learn the basics first by trying things and if they like something they continue the behavior and if they don’t like it they stop. Basic Psych 101 really.

Now we would like to think as adults we are quite different than children, and you’d be right! But only by a small amount.

Would you ever ask a child to run a marathon, of course not, would you even ask them to run if they couldnt walk, of course not!

But we have those expectations of ourselves when we go and work out. We say things like, I’m going to do a 1hr work out 3 times a week and drive to the gym drive back and then eat well.

I know I’ve been there! Here’s the 5 second work out. Start with 5 seconds, what that means is the first thought that comes into your head like going to the gym (if you havent joined yet start with that ;).

And thats all I said, I didn’t say work out, or even get changed just drive there. Drive there as many times as you need to. You are comfortable driving right? If not we may want to back up =)

Next you are going to change into your gym clothes, this may take several drives over until you feel like you want to get changed. Its ok! The gym is a new place, you may not be comfortable your first time there, remember your first day at work? Your first date?

Right. The psychology is simple, its like going into a slightly cold pool. You go in slow, most dont jump in and if you do you probably dont need the 5 second workout! As you get used to seeing the gym, the people and so forth you will become relaxed and comfortable.

After getting changed pick an exercise that looks interesting, something familiar! Don’t jack up the weight or the speed if its a treadmill, just get on play around, get comfortable. Don’t lift anything and if you dont feel like using that machine you dont have to, just walk away think of something else interesting. Keep walking around until you find something that you want to approach, try one repetition or a really low setting. If you start to sweat and it doesnt feel comfortable slow down, that enough, time to drive home =)

The business side of me says this is a waste of time! Well, business and psychology are two different things. This may sound silly, it did to me at first, seems like voodoo psychology. But psychologists; they know their stuff. Watch young kids the next time they are introduced to a new person, have you noticed how apprehensive they are. Then gradually they become more and more engaged with the new person. If you have a pet watch them the next time they encounter someone new.

More to come stay tuned. Thats the first part, feel free to comment or better yet go try this first part!

Here’s whats up. We’ve all seen the late 90s as a revolution in bottled water. Who would have thought?

There’s a problem a big one. Have you noticed that people are getting more than 8 glasses a day? Why are people so thirsty? And whats wrong with that?

Well, the water from these large bottled water companies like evian, dasani and others is very well filters to the point where there is nothing in the water. Our bodies need water, but not 8 glasses a day, thats only if you work out. The reason we keep wanting to drink more is the mineral content in the water! But wait there is no mineral content left in these bottles, and through something called water balance and osmosis the water equalizes.

Sounds complicated but its not, what it means is that your body’s water content is full of minerals and when you drink water with very little mineral content the body tries to balance it with minerals, and then you pee, minerals get leeched out and you are thirsty again, because your body is really hoping the next glass of water will have more minerals than the previous!

So what then??? Eat fruits and vegetables, they are richer in minerals and offer a balanced state of water. That means no bottled water! The best source of water is actually out of a well or mineral spring (not bottled mineral spring water).

If you disagree please write a comment, and please do read the back of the bottled water bottle before writing.

Our bodies are able to produce some of the CoQ10 that we need. The rest is synthesized from the foods we eat. The highest dietary sources of CoQ10 come from (in descending order according to content): fresh sardines and mackerel; the heart and liver of beef, pork and lamb; and the meats of beef and pork, along with eggs.

How can I know if I’m getting enough?

With no established RDA for CoQ10 at this time and no research to reveal as to whether the average diet contains adequate amounts, it is important to consider a number of factors to help judge your personal need for this nutrient: your age (our ability to synthesize CoQ10 from foods diminishes with age), dietary choices (whether or not you eat beef-heart and liver, for example; or if you are vegetarian, vegan or choosing to reduce cholesterol and fat in your diet: thus changing your main intake of CoQ10 to vegetable sources), whether or not your diet contains a goodly amount of grains in their whole, unprocessed form (the stripping of the bran and germ from grains removes much of the CoQ10 -even milling whole grains into flour causes loss), plus the amount of stress, disease or pollution you deal with in your daily life. With these factors in mind, it is important to personally research the amounts available in foods you eat.

There are plenty of vegetable sources of CoQ10, the richest currently known being spinach, broccoli, peanuts, wheat germ and whole grains -in that order although the amount in size is significantly smaller than that found in meats. Also, it is important to note that these foods must be fresh and unprocessed (no milling, canning, freezing, preserving, etc.), plus grown/produced in an unpolluted environment to be considered viable sources. Since many foods have not yet been tested for CoQ10 quantity, be sure to keep abreast of the latest information regarding newly researched food sources for this nutrient.

CoQ10 is primarily offered in a capsule form containing a yellow-orange powder. Tablet form, much less digestible, is not recommended. Check the label for clarity regarding the milligrams of CoQ10 actually available in each capsule, as a lower-priced brand may be using fillers. Another form worth investigating was recently developed by the Cell-Tech company. They offer capsules containing CoQ10 emulsified in flax seed oil to increase its absorbency. Since studies have shown CoQ10 to be at least 3-5 times more assimilable when taken in emulsified form as opposed to the capsuled powder -this might well be your best buy.

What should I look for if I choose to supplement? When choosing CoQ10 in a supplement form it is important to look for purity and digestibility. The CoQ10 found in supplement form is prepared through an extraction and replication of vegetable sources, rather than being synthetically manufactured.

I ask if they’ve ever run a good ‘elimination’ diet and a surprising number assure me that they have. Upon further questioning I always find that they have only eliminated a couple of foods, say milk or wheat or nightshade vegetables (tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, etc.). Even though milk and wheat are common food allergens and nightshade vegetables create problems for those possessing one specific metabolism, this should not be considered a true elimination diet. I’ve often talked with folks that were confident that foods didn’t have any impact on their symptoms.

How could we find whether the airborne allergen in the above example was a significant factor in triggering our allergic symptoms?

The best way would be to place ourselves in a room with perfectly filtered air (in essence eliminating all airborne allergens) until our allergy symptoms abated. The specific allergen would then be re-introduced and any allergic reaction noted. In this way the impact of a single, specific allergen can be isolated and tested. What was previously thought to be a rather insignificant allergen would often deliver a surprisingly strong allergic response.

Over 85% of people with chronic disease have food allergies. Most will find not one, but a handful of foods acting as the major culprits. This is the reason why eliminating just one or two random foods is all but useless. If you were allergic to a large number of tree pollens, springtime grasses and weeds, the removal of only one of these airborne allergens would usually have little impact on your total allergy symptoms. If the allergen was added back into the mix you probably wouldn’t notice. The effect from this one allergen would be hidden or ‘masked’ by your already prominent symptoms to the other allergens. The same phenomenon occurs with foods.

We can do the same thing with foods. Historically ‘spring water fasts’ have been employed. Patients would drink only spring water for the initial 4-5 days. This type of ‘fast’ would obviously eliminate all food allergens from the diet. It was maintained for 4-5 days to also allow physical elimination of all foods eaten prior to the start of the ‘fast’ from the digestive tract.

Spring water fasts have one major problem. A significant percentage of individuals cannot tolerate them and should not try them. Their metabolic demands make any kind of extended water fast dangerous. Fortunately years of previous testing has provided a list of ‘safe’ foods that can be temporarily substituted for your usual diet. These foods are not completely hypo-allergenic but they do have a low allergenic potential. In other words they are rarely found to induce a reaction. The foods include cod, trout, mackerel, pears, parsnips, turnips, rutabaga, sweet potatoes, yams, celery, zucchini, carrots and peaches. Any foods routinely eaten more than twice a week should be removed from the list. All the foods must be fresh and in their ‘whole’ or natural form. No cans or other packaging allowed.

Spring water or sparkling water are the only acceptable liquids. The only allowed condiment is sea or mineral salt. Steaming is an excellent method of preparing foods during your elimination diet.

Prior to starting the diet you’ll need to purchase a bottle of magnesium citrate (found in the laxative section) and alka-seltzer ‘gold’ (it’s found only in the gold colored box). All drugs should be continued. Smoking should be ceased when initiating the diet. You will not be able to eat at restaurants during the diet.

If you work, Thursday evening will be the best time to begin. Wait two hours after dinner and pour one-half of the contents of the bottle of magnesium citrate into a tall glass. Add an equal amount of water and some ice and drink slowly. Repeat the same procedure with the remainder of the magnesium citrate just prior to retiring.

Friday morning’s breakfast and all subsequent meals for the next six days should consist exclusively of the ‘safe’ foods (cod, trout, mackerel, pears, parsnips, turnips, rutabaga, sweet potatoes, yams, celery, zucchini, carrots and peaches). You may eat them in any combination and in any amount as often as you want throughout the first six days. Take note of what you are eating and how often you are eating it. You won’t be able to remember so keep a diary. You will need that information later.

By Friday evening (day 1) you should start feeling your first ‘withdrawal’ symptoms. You won’t be getting the temporary lift provided by your allergenic food(s). Withdrawal symptoms can take many forms. The most obvious is an increase in joint swelling and pain. Headache, muscle aches, fatigue and other flu-like symptoms are very common. Strong hunger pangs and cravings are usually present. It’s not unusual to still feel hungry shortly after a meal.

Withdrawal symptoms will worsen on Saturday and Sunday (days 2 and 3). The intensity of these symptoms should not be underestimated. In fact many will feel completely crippled during these days. Withdrawal symptoms can be somewhat ameliorated by taking one tablet of alka-seltzer (in the gold box) in a large glass of water. This can be repeated every 4 hours if needed. You should try to drink plenty of water. It will help speed elimination and the ‘clearing’ of symptoms.

By Monday (day 4) some will feel significantly better as their withdrawal symptoms begin to clear. This ‘clearing’ will continue on Tuesday and Wednesday (days 5 and 6). While younger people tend to clear their symptoms earlier, 85% of all arthritics will clear a large part of their arthritis symptoms by day 6. After clearing most report that they feel better than they have in years.

Now that symptoms have cleared new foods can be introduced, one by one, to the base diet of ‘safe’ foods that you’ve been eating the past 6 days. Up to 3 foods can be tested each day if there is no reaction.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is an emerging illness characterized by debilitating fatigue (experienced as exhaustion and extremely poor stamina), neurological problems, and a variety of flu-like symptoms. The illness is also known as chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome (CFIDS), and outside of the USA is usually known as myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME). In the past the syndrome has been known as chronic Epstein-Barr virus (CEBV).

The degree of severity can differ widely among patients, and will also vary over time for the same patient. Severity can vary between getting unusually fatigued following stressful events, to being totally bedridden and completely disabled. The symptoms will tend to wax and wane over time. This variation, in addition to the fact that the single cause of the disease is not yet known, makes this illness difficult to diagnose, and even more difficult to cure.

The core symptoms include excessive fatigue, general pain, mental fogginess, and often gastro-intestinal problems. Many other symptoms will also be present, however they will typically be different among different patients. These include: fatigue following stressful activities; headaches; sore throat; sleep disorder; abnormal temperature; and others.
